Spring Cleaning on the Road
"Packing can be quite difficult when cruising (where you can pack as much as you want) and then returning home by airplane (where you become limited to a weight restriction). I found that the best thing for me to do was to search the back hangers of my closet for those items that I have relegated as 'not my first choices of what to wear.' By packing these items I could weed them out permanently by either (1) trashing them during the cruise or (2) donating them to charity -- sort of like 'spring cleaning' all year 'round." -- courtesy of Joan K.
